Tried to exchange boots because they were the wrong size and they told me they I had wore them when I only put them on in my house and walked around and would not let me exchange them

The Wharf has multiple style and size options for men AND women. My last two pairs have come from the Wharf. They carry fashion and work boots and clothing. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate y'all! Women's Ariat Delilah Spiced Cider 4LR 7 pictured.

Bought a pair of boots here and wore them around the house for an hour to test the fit because I thought it would be unreasonable to wear them around the store for an hour before I bought them, and I was told they were "obviously used" when I brought them in to see about exchanging them for the same boot in a different size. I made sure to wipe them down and leave them in like new condition with all the original packaging and receipt, but I was honest about having worn them outside the store which is what made them "obviously used." For the price you're going to pay, you might as well go to a Red Wing store and get a pair of boots with an actual exchange policy. Or make sure to wear any boots you're thinking of buying around the store for at least an hour, because once you cross the door with them the owner no longer cares.

Went to exchange boots that were in perfect condition. Not even worn outside and was told they were “worn out.” And they do not sale “worn” items. He was very loud and rude and made me out to be someone trying to do him wrong. We will never spend another penny in that store for anything let alone 400 dollars. Awful way to treat customers who have shopped there multiple times.

I took a pair of work boots back for exchange, after wearing them for one and half days.. The boots did not fit and were still in like new condition. I told the owner I needed to exchange for the correct size. He refused to exchange them , and he says the policy is no return once you left the store. The policy posted states returns with original sales receipt, which I presented to him. This is poor business practice
